Sony Pictures and Google have teemed up to present the official Da Vinci Code Online Puzzle & Contest Site. If you like to “crack codes” then you’ll enjoy this online game.
The reality game-style code quest fits with the book’s themes of brain-bending puzzles, with 24 contests running daily until May 11, 2006 and a prize draw for those who answer all 24 puzzles correctly.
Prizes include trips for 4 to Paris, New York, Rome, and London; a Sony electronics package; and more …valued at over $100,000!
Here’s the online puzzle site.
Personally, this online Da Vinci Code puzzle stuff is way over my head. But then again, I haven’t read the book.
I do, however, intend to read the book. Especially since my friend, Mike, says he’ll load the book-on-tape version of Da Vinci Code to me.
The book is one of the most successful novels of all time with sales of 40 million copies.
Without a doubt, I will definitely be seeing the movie when it hits theaters. I sure hope I’ll “get it” if I haven’t read the book by then…
