After all the bits and pieces we've heard about the movie Sideways, we finally went to see it this week.
Interesting...
It was a bit of a downer, but it had a number of "bright spots" to keep you going.
It's definitely a "dark comedy". I liked it more than Jim did.

Now What About Those Oscars?
I found it interesting that this movie is being talked about SO much, and that it's up for so many awards at this weekend's Academy Awards Ceremony:
- Best Supporting Actor: Thomas Haden Church
- Best Supporting Actress: Virginia Madsen
- Best Directing
- Best Picture
- Best Adapted Screenplay
Yet, the lead guy, Paul Giamatti is up for nothin'! He played that part SO well.
