SNUBA Anyone?...
We weren't licensed to go SCUBA diving on this trip (heck, we'd never even been SNORKELING before!), so we were thrilled to learn they offered a whole day of SNUBA diving for people just like us.
SNUBA is where you use the same air tanks, goggles, flippers, and weight belts... only you're "tethered" to your air tank, rather than carrying it on your back. That's the only difference.
(That and the fact that you can only go about 30-feet below the surface... cuz that's how long the cable is connecting you to your air tank -- which floats above you on an innertube.)
Our motto for this trip:
"It's not how DEEP you dive, it's whether you go down!"
