The second room we painted was the Dining Room.

We use shades of Sage Green. Here's what they say about the color Green:

• It balances and heals; represents harmony
  
• Easy on the eyes... and soothing too
  
• It's the color of spring, renewal, and fresh growth
  
• By reflecting nature, it gives life to a room
  
• It's a fairly neutral color; goes nicely with most colors
  
• You should try to have something green in every space, even if it's only a potted plant or a bunch of ivy leaves
