Jim in his usual position when we're visiting relatives... glued to their computer -- trying to fix whatever isn't working right at the moment.

Jim earned his degree in "Parent Computerology" over the course of a couple holiday seasons spent seated in front of our parents' computers.

He goes back for advanced certification every December.

Here, mom was frustrated that her anti-virus program wasn't working, and a virus had squeaked in. No major damage though.
