When we go to Gatlinburg, we usually camp at Cades Cove. It's the most popular campground in the Smoky Mountains National Park.

We especially like Cades Cove because you are one with nature -- in so many ways. There are deer everywhere you look in this area! And Cades Cove has an 11-mile loop road that runs through the park where everyone drives in a caravan, frequently stopping to take pictures of the deer, and other parts of nature.
