My love of writing originated in elemetary school when a teacher read one of my essays to the class and then told me that one day I would be a published author. That dream stuck and I have been writing since that time.
I love writing about almost anything, especially my life experiences. Other favorite things to write are how-tos, household hints, nature and fishing articles, among others.
My short stories have appeared in Chocolate for Women, Guideposts, Angels on Earth Magazine, 911:The Day America Cried, Haunted Encounters of the World and a variety of others. I also write web content and am working on my first novel. I am a proud member of American Christian Fiction Writers.
When I'm not writing, I enjoy needlepoint, crocheting, reading and spending time with my family. I have one grown daughter, two delightful grandsons and a husband of 20 years.
