Summer fun fact: Pontoon boats are "Jeeps of the water".
They're not built for speed, or looks... they're just built for FUN!
Listen to Bud Light's Real Men of Genius "Mr. Homemade Pontoon Boat Maker".
Just as you can rent a Jeep for day, or even a weekend... you can also rent a pontoon boat for a little off-road fun afloat!
The best part: Take a couple friends with you, and it's a fairly inexpensive way to have a good time on the water.
Land-Locked?... Take A Drive!
If you live in a place that's land-locked (like us), then you're probably THRILLED whenever you have an occasion to spend some time on the water in the summertime.
The answer: take a road trip! (Here's what we do.)
Fun Times On Pontoon Boats
We've rented Pontoon Boats several times.
Most of the pictures below are from the times we went pontooning in Florida.
Here's an example of some of the fun you can have on a Pontoon Boat:
...cooling off and driving FAST!
...enjoying some FISHING!
...SWIMMING and catching some rays!

Rick's Pontoon Rentals
203 Brooks St.
Fort Walton Beach, FL 32548
Phone: 850-664-0110
...Not sure if it's the same Rick or not. But Fort Walton Beach is right near Pensacola.
Also, if you look at one of the pictures on the page above... there's a yellow/gold banner hanging on the side of the pontoon boat. That has the number to rent pontoon boats from Rick. (At least that's the number back when we rented pontoons from him.)
My friends and I are looking for a rental boat to cruise around P-cola bay in late July. It says on your home page Rick's Rentals, however when I did a local search it didn't come up. do you know where I can rent a boat for a day in Pensacola? if so, do I need to get a boat license?
Pontoon boats are fun to own as well!
Pontoon boats are a great family boat. You can take your lounge chairs, BBQ grill and mini-fridge and really enjoy the day on the lake. Some pontoon boats can even have a bathroom or changing room!
There is plenty of room for the kids to play, the wife to sunbathe and for you to fish and all at the same time, let's see you do that in a speed boat!
Some comic relief:
This little girl loves water as much as I do!
